The information Akoppelman provided in the Application Form, in my opinion, is not enough for me to approve/disapprove him. It'd also be a bad idea for me to challenge him to a trial match, as I don't play OU, and therefore wouldn't be able to judge his skills in that tier. So, my vote is Neutral.

P.S.: Akoppelman, what do you mean by you live in "AL"? I don't seem to get it!

Aman, is also from India Sopan, i guess AL has something to do with India also.
My vote is also neutral for the very same reason as yours.

Well, i battled him, and he's not ready to join us, but my vote won't change, he will have his chance, he needs more practice, he wasn't that bad, but the use or rock tomb on gliscor and humm, i forgot the other weak moves he was using, anyway, don't lock the thread, he will keep us informed when he gets better to join us. I'll also helping him a little with teams and sets.

Now, as because other than aLiEn Mw (as a Clan Leader), only I have voted, the quoted Special Rule will be applied here. Whether Akoppelman would be in or not, will be decided by the Clan Leader.
